FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Implement, understand, maintain and record accounting records and reports.  Setup systems and procedures for collecting and directing information.  This position is responsible for consistently entering financial data accurately. It relies on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Responsible for all aspects of human resources, including advertising, interviewing, acquiring and maintaining staff. Providing, assisting and directing disciplinary actions. Other responsibilities include entering payroll information and providing the payment of each employee.  This position demands that privacy is upheld to the highest standards and all governmental policies, procedures and regulations are practiced and adhered too. The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

IT is responsible for all communications technology, the development, maintenance and management of our systems, software and servers.

OPERATIONS

Implementing and maintaining systems of control and accountability in the office, manufacturing, finishing and job sites. Setup systems and procedures for processing and directing information to best direct our fellow senior managers, supervisors and staff to be the most efficient manufacturing facility in our region. This position relies on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Implementing and maintaining all aspects of Health & Safety systems of control in the office, manufacturing, finishing, assembly and job sites. The duties include working directly with employees, supervisors, corporate management, regulatory agencies and governing bodies. This individual will train manufacturing staff in regards to day-to-day Health & Safety. This position relies on experience, training and good judgment to accomplish goals and requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

The duties will include keeping and documenting an inventory of parts, loading and unloading trucks, documenting shipments, counting parts, and requesting and making packing slips. This individual must have a good attitude, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsible for ensuring that customers are content with the services provided by the organization, assisting the customer with any concerns or complaints as well as supervising and mentoring the work of the customer support staff.  The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude toward clients, sub-contractors and other company members.

PURCHASING

Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines. Requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude toward clients and other company members.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Implement and maintain QC/QA systems of control in the office, manufacturing, finishing and job sites. Responsible for training, implementing and auditing manufacturing staff in regards to day-to-day QC procedures. This position relies on experience, training and good judgment to accomplish goals. The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude.

MAINTENANCE

Responsible for routine and breakdown maintenance on all plant equipment. A positive mind set and good work ethic will be expected. The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping a positive, results-focused attitude.

MACHINISTS

The duties include using equipment such as a standard and CNC mill, manual and CNC lathe, belt sander and drill press. Machinist is a position where an employee is knowledgeable and may train other employees in the controls, inserts and tools of the above listed machines. An employee must also have the ability to edit and create basic programs as required. This individual must have a good attitude, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.

EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

The duties include operating machinery such as brakes, plasma cutter, dimensional laser, fully automated flat line laser or punch. This position is where an employee is trained to operate and set parameters for complex machinery to provide parts for our production/fabrication lines. This individual must have a good attitude, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.

WELDERS

The duties include using equipment and tools such as a welding machine, hammer, chisel, vice grips, and adjustable wrenches. Production and Fabrication Welders are trained to read welding symbols and blueprints as per job requirements. These individuals must have a good attitude, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.

ASSEMBLY

The duties include using tools such as air tools, grease guns, hoists, torque wrenches, pneumatic wrenches, and hammers.  Assembly is a position where employees are trained to work at all stations throughout the assembly area.

INVENTORY CONTROL

This position is responsible for performing work in controlling our firm’s inventory of parts and raw materials.

ESTIMATING

Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Consult and review with management project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands while keeping positive, results-focused attitude toward clients, sub-contractors and other company members.

FINISHING (Powder Coating, Painting)

The duties include applying powder or paint with a gun various metal parts. Employees are taught the basics of paint application as well as mixing paint, thinners and hardeners to achieve desired consistency/finish. These individuals must have a good attitude, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.

DESIGN, DRAFTING & ENGINEERING

Responsible for all technical work in drafting and design. Drafts original plans for manufacturing as required.  Revise and/or update existing file drawings, and maintain drawing files.  Drafts sales drawings for our sales department and/or customers.  Evaluates and interprets sketches and data to be used in the preparation of drawings.  Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes. These individuals must have a good attitude, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.
